Maintenance Agreement


Our Peak Performance maintenance Agreement can save you money! In order to keep your equipment operating at its highest efficiency, we recommend that regular maintenance procedures be performed. Additionally, you will receive a 15% parts and labor discount on emergency service calls.

Home with 1 system is $149.00 (reg $170.00) plus $100 for each additional system.

Total Comfort Plan
Our Total Comfort Plan guarantees you two Master Tune-Ups per year to keep your heating and cooling system running at peak efficiency and with fewer breakdowns. You also receive priority service and money-saving discounts!


 

17-Point Master Cooling Tune-Up
  1. Lubricate all moving parts, such as blower motor and condenser fan.
  2. Check suction line temperature and pressure.
  3. Inspect evaporator coil.
  4. Evaluate condition of air filters. Clean or replace standard, one-inch filters. (Specialty filters are not included.)
  5. Test temperature drop between return and supply air.
  6. Flush condensate drain to protect against overflow.
  7. Clean outdoor condenser coil.
  8. Check blower motor (and belt, if applicable).
  9. Adjust blower speed.
  10. Safety test all controls for proper operation.
  11. Meter voltage and amperage in all motors. Test for worn bearings.
  12. Check compressor contacts.
  13. Inspect start and run capacitors and relays for bulges, rust and leaks.
  14. Tighten and safety test all wires and connections.
  15. Clean and adjust thermostat/mercury bulb.
  16. Inspect ductwork.
  17. Inform customer of equipment condition.

    Recommend necessary repairs.
14-Point Master Heating Tune-Up
  1. Test carbon monoxide levels.
  2. Clean and adjust burners and inspect heat exchanger.
  3. Check thermostat operation.
  4. Lubricate all motors, bearings and fans.
  5. Clean pilot assembly.
  6. Evaluate condition of air filters. Clean or replace standard, one-inch filters. (Specialty filters not included.)
  7. Test and adjust operation of safety and operating controls.
  8. Inspect flue pipe and gas valve.
  9. Check blower motor (and belt, if applicable).
  10. Test and tighten all wiring and connections.
  11. Inspect furnace ignitor and combustion air.
  12. Check heat pump defrost circuit board and reversing valve.
  13. Inspect ductwork.
  14. Inform customer of equipment condition.

    Recommend necessary repairs.

Service Guarantees

  • Same-day emergency service: As a Total Comfort Plan customer, you are guaranteed same-day emergency service when you call us before 12 p.m. If you call after that time, we will be at your home within 24 hours - including weekends and holidays.

  • Reserved appointments: The first and last appointments of the day are reserved for Total Comfort Plan customers.

  • One-year guarantee on repairs: We guarantee all our repairs for one full year. If something we have fixed breaks down during that time, we will replace it for free.
  • Respect for your property: Our technicians and installers always lay down drop cloths and wear booties while they are working in your home, and they always clean their work area after finishing a job.

  • Our own skilled technicians: We never use subcontractors.

  • New parts only: Unlike some other companies, we never use rebuilt parts when we are repairing your system.

  • No recordings: When you call us, you will always get a live person answering the phone.
